Outbound messages use customer-approved templates, people, timing, and stops. The products do not act outside those rules.
What stays
The useful record.
What is needed, party, owner, date, current state, reply history, supplied details, questions, and a pointer back to the source.
What does not stay
The customer’s source document.
A working copy is scanned in transit and then discarded. The products never hold a copy. Your original stays under your control.
The outage promise
If service pauses, the chasing pauses. Your records do not disappear.
Your email, documents, and legal records remain where they already live. An interruption never becomes a loss of custody.
