Speed is onboarding a small group of founding nonprofits now. If grant reporting is eating staff time, request early access.
For nonprofit board members
GRANT COMPLIANCE, HANDLED. WITHOUT ADDING TO ANYONE'S PLATE.
Speed takes the reporting work that eats your team's time and keeps it on track. It watches deadlines, gathers what each report needs from the right people, and drafts it for review.
It all runs by email, so there is no new software for anyone to learn. The staff keep working the way they already do, and the funding your organization worked to win stays in good standing.
Staff keep working by email. Leadership sees the whole picture.
The Problem It Solves
THE QUIET, CONSTANT WORK BEHIND EVERY GRANT.
Grant compliance is a steady background load. Deadlines hide inside long agreements. The right people have to be looped in for numbers and updates. And someone still has to write the report at the end. On a lean team, that work naturally concentrates on one or two people. Speed is built to carry it alongside them.
01
Less time lost to coordination
Speed tracks the deadlines and asks each person for their piece, so staff spend less time herding information and get that time back for the mission.
02
Less risk of something slipping
Speed starts early and follows up on its own, so reporting stays ahead of schedule and funder relationships stay strong.
03
Knowledge that stays put
When a staff member moves on, the grant history should not go with them. Speed keeps documents, deadlines, and past reports connected in one place.
What It Means For The Organization
A STRONGER BACKBONE AROUND YOUR FUNDING.
01 / 03
NO ONE REPLACED
It makes a small team more effective.
Speed handles coordination and drafting. People still review, decide, and submit. It makes a small team more effective, not smaller.
02 / 03
NOTHING TO RUN
Everything happens through email.
There is no system to roll out. Nothing to log into, nothing new to train on. The team keeps working the way it already does.
03 / 03
COSTS LESS THAN IT SAVES
A flat monthly fee per organization.
A flat monthly fee per organization, well below the cost of another hire, in exchange for staff hours back and stronger footing on funding already won.
THE QUESTION ISN'T WHETHER YOUR TEAM CARES. IT'S WHETHER THE SYSTEM CAN KEEP UP.
Speed gives a lean nonprofit the operating strength to manage its funding well, so the work and the relationships behind it stay protected.
